We’re a Klaviyo email marketing agency based in Barnstaple, North Devon, and we’re on the lookout for a CRM Manager, local or remote, who’s equal parts strategist, organiser, and email geek.

What’s The Role All About?
As our CRM Manager, you'll be the go-to person for your own portfolio of clients. That means building strong relationships, creating smart email marketing strategies, and making sure campaigns run smoothly from idea to inbox.
You'll collaborate with other CRM Managers, share insights and support each other, as well as work closely with the design team and flow technicians to craft campaigns and automations that not only look great, but convert.
Here's What You'll Be Doing:
Client Management:

Be the friendly face and strategic lead for your clients

Keep them updated, supported, and feeling confident in the work you’re doing

Keep your client Asana boards tidy, timelines clear, and expectations managed

Send out monthly reports with results, insights, and next steps
Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Plan and launch targeted email campaigns that drive engagement and sales

Segment audiences for maximum impact

Test everything (subject lines, buttons, send times, you name it)

Use data to tweak, optimise and win

Monitor and analyse key performance indicators
Content & Creative Collaboration:

Build email calendars your clients love

Brief our talented designers on layout and creative direction for templates and campaigns

Make sure everything looks good and works great across devices
Automation & Tech:

Set up and maintain email flows (welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase, etc.)

Work your magic in Klaviyo and other marketing tools

Stay on top of deliverability and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
Trends & Innovation:

Keep an eye on what’s new in email and CRM

Test bold ideas like interactive emails, personalisation, and more
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Experience & Tools:

3–5 years in email or digital marketing

Experience using Klaviyo
-
Solid grasp of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools

Comfortable working with data and turning insights into action

A good to great understanding of retention marketing
Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and visual

Sharp attention to detail and top-notch organisation
-
A proactive team player who can juggle multiple projects with ease
Education:

A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or something similar is nice to have, but we value real experience, too
